Le Pr\u00e9sident du Faso, Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat, Son Excellence le Capitaine Ibrahim TRAOR\u00c9, a re\u00e7u ce vendredi matin, les lettres de cr\u00e9ance de l\u2019Ambassadeur extraordinaire et pl\u00e9nipotentiaire de la R\u00e9publique du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, Son Excellence Monsieur Papa DIOP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diplomate de carri\u00e8re n\u00e9 le 23 avril 1970 \u00e0 Richard-Toll au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, Papa DIOP entre dans l\u2019administration publique s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise en 1997 et int\u00e8gre le Minist\u00e8re s\u00e9n\u00e9galais des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res en 2000.
